The authorities have made it illegal to ride, lead or drive any horse onto a public beach between the hours of 9 am to 8 pm on Memorial Day, labor day, 4th july and weekends in May to September. However, you can still designated areas outside these times but it is best to check with an official beforehand just to be sure!
